I got a Bent Twig custom acoustic guitar in late August and had to get a strap and capo for it. I got the strap with the oversized tailpiece. The strap is beautiful and the tailpiece works perfectly with this medium jumbo and LR Baggs Anthem pickup. The capo is the limited edition 24K Gold Koa Nouveau. Both the strap and the capo live up to the quality and beauty I have come to expect from Thalia (this is my fourth capo and second strap). Many thanks to Chris, Thalia, and the team for another great experience.
I now have three leather Thalia guitar straps in different colors and insert designs. They are secure on all my acoustics including those with pickup jacks thanks to the choice of hole sizes available. They are as ridiculously soft as they are strong so they fit nicely within the case with the guitar. No slipping around when performing, either- these stay put! I own a lot of leather straps, including expensive custom made straps, but these Thalias are by far the most comfortable, secure and handsome of the bunch. Like the other Thalia products, this is a well-made product that won’t break the bank and I couldn’t be happier that they are back in stock.
I’m an acoustic player with electronic pickups in all my guitars and ukuleles. They all have a larger hole fitting where the cable plugs in. Formerly I had to cut it open to fit over the fitting, but with Thalia straps you can specify large or regular. The large fits perfectly and holds it securely. I could not be more please with my Thalia strap.
I had a Martin acoustic converted to acoustic/electric. I did not have a strap that would fit over the new endpin. I ordered a strap with a "Yin and Yang" insert from Thalia with the oversized strap tailpiece option. The strap is beautiful, and it fits perfectly.
Excellent straps. The leather is quite soft and comfortable. The enlarge hole tailpiece attaches with no need to cut and fit the strap to the strap button (a time consuming and frustrating process). I will recommend Thalia straps and capos to my friends for sure. Even if they are a little pricey, they are well worth it
