The pinch pad replacement kit comes with everything you need to replace or repair worn out pinch pads or ones that just come loose! Thanks guys!

I reached out to Thalia regarding a pinch pad replacement. It had become loose and would fall off from time to time ( was easily reattached but would become dislodged occasionally ) . I finally lost it but thankfully when I reached out to customer service at Thalia they were quick to reply and not only had a replacement pad but it was free of charge and shipped very quickly . Just a small dab of superglue on the replacement pad (included with the handy kit) and it hasn’t given me any trouble since! And came with a free sticker, hard to beat that!

I went to use my capo one day and the ponchos was just gone. I have no clue where it went. I contacted Thalia and they sent me the link to their free replacement kit. It arrived quickly. A new punch pad and small tube of strong super glue. Took a minute to install and the pad went on straight and it’s really stuck on there. I’m back in business!!

I told Thalia that my pinch pad (I didn't know that's what it's called) had fallen off and I couldn't find it. They kindly sent me a replacement pinch pad, with instructions on how to replace it and a cute little tube of super glue..
Capo is working like new..
What more could you ask for??
