Tungsten carbide is the most scratch resistant metal known to man and has the highest melting point of all metals at an astounding 6,191.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Tungsten is also hypoallergenic; people with allergies to gold or nickel can wear tungsten jewelry without worry of a reaction.
Tungsten keeps its finish forever and shines beautifully in the light. The Carbon Fibre inlay appears almost 3-D like as it surrounds the ring completely. Our Thalia name and logo are laser engraved on the inside of the ring. Matches great with your carbon fibre guitar!
We offer this ring in two colors: Chrome which is essentially the raw tungsten carbide color and a 24K Gold Plated version.
Does not include black ring gift box with foam and velvet insert shown. But these are available seperately for $2.99
Gift Box Dimensions:
When sunlight or any direct lighting source hits this Carbon Fibre it pops.
Without any direct light the Carbon Fibre takes on a darker, subdued appearance.
Sometimes video is the only way to see the true magic of an inlay. Here it is in all of its glory.
I wear both of the rings together on my left middle finger. Also wearing another previously purchased one on my index finger on my left hand. Absolutely love the look!
I've worn this Thalia ring for a bit over two years, using it in place of my original wedding ring. It is very attractive, and has received many positive comments. Since I wear it all the time, the ring is exposed to any activity or project I do -- from playing guitar at gigs to gardening to home repair like putting in a floor or repairing the roof. It has stayed beautiful with no wear that I can detect. This past Winter while we were in Ecuador, and visiting with the top guitar maker in the country, he admired the ring, tried it on, and wished he had one. I've since purchased one for him that I'll present when we return there this Winter. I'm very pleased with this purchase, as I have been with other Thalia products.
Not much to add! No defects, fits my ring finger, and has beautiful blue shine under lighting.
I love this ring! The Koa shimmers in the light, and the super-tough carbide band looks like real gold.
