We want all of our customers to have the best experience possible with Thalia products, but we understand things happen. To help make the return process as smooth as possible, please refer to the information below, and decide which type of return best suits your needs.

RETURNS FOR A REFUND

Most customers love our products, but we realize they aren’t for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your Thalia product, we offer a product refund within 30 days of the initial purchase for the costs of shipping for unopened products. All made to order products including Truss Rod Covers, Wood pickguards, and apparel are excluded and cannot be returned. To start a return contact support@thaliacapos.com

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your Thalia Capo, you are free to exchange an unopened capo for another capo of equal value within 30 days of the initial purchase for the costs of shipping.  To start an exchange contact support@thaliacapos.com

WARRANTY RETURNS

Thalia Capos is committed to quality and all Thalia Capos come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY; this includes the mechanical function of the capo including the spring, lever and housing of the capo. If something goes wrong drop us a line at support@thaliacapos.com and we will fix it or replace it for the costs of shipping the original product back and the costs of shipping the replacement to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, rubber, cosmetic wear or scratches to the metal finish.
